   Just got funding for two Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) positions this summer - come join us in Panama!

January 2013  Getting the annual 50-ha Plot Seedling Census started on Barro Colorado Island, Panama.

July 2012  In Seattle for the
Center for Tropical Forest Science (CTFS)/Smithsonian Institution Global Earth Observatories (SIGEO) analytical workshop. Then on to ESA in Portland . . .

June 2012  Back in Panama again, on Barro Colorado Island with my fantastic grad students, Kara Salpeter and Jenalle Eck.

March 2012  OSU Tropical Field Ecology course takes place in Panama this month.  Get ready to see some monkeys . . .
